Get email updates when a new post comes

Using the "Follow Us" tab located at the top of the blog, readers can now follow Sports with Andy easily with articles and updates sent directly to their email. Simply click on the orange icon labeled: POSTS and then select your reader. For those using Microsoft Office or some type of emailer not listed - select the Atom Option.
